How do I Choose a template?
  • Startup Package comes with a standard theme/template
  • Upgrade to RM899 package if you need a special template design
What are the payment method?
  • Credit Card / FPX (invoice via email)
  • Bank Transfer (invoice provided)
How long does it take to be ready / published?
  • Delivery starts from the date the content is submitted
  • Deliverables within 1 to 2 weeks
How about site support?
  • Site Support will expire within 3 months from the purchased date
What is the difference between Startup & Basic?
  • The startup is catered to budget-friendly website presence
  • While Basic Package is the Premium template design (Demo)
What are the changes or site revision allowed?
  • You are allowed to revise the content within 6 days after project delivery
  • Changes cover photos, content, text, banner
Do you design logo or banner?
  • Yes, Joeve provide professional design services (add-on fees)
Can I change my domain name once confirmed?
  • Sorry, the refund is not possible as it involved International Registrar
Do you provide a refund?
  • Website Design is considered a Service, therefore we don’t provide a refund.
  • Is it similar to paying professional fees for consultation, it is understood that refund is not applicable unless it is a product
How to edit my website?
  • Login using Gmail to access the Editor
  • You will receive the tutorial link upon completion of the project
How to setup an email address?
  • The Startup package does not come with email system
  • Upgrade to Wordpress Website Design for complete Email, Domain, Hosting & Design Package
Can I sell products under the Startup package?

Yes, you can have a checkout page by 3rd party provider such as iPay88, Senangpay or Betterpay, we can help you to setup with no extra cost.

Is it possible to receive payment online?
  • Startup package does not include Payment Gateway or Shipping
  • Feel free to sign up via Stripe or PayPal for free
What kind of basic content required?
  • Basically you will need 4-page Pages: Home, About, Products, Contact
Can I upload PDF or attachment on the website?
  • Learn the Google Tutorial on how to create an attachment for free
  • Add-on RM100 fees for each requested attachment feature
How about the content (copywriting) and images?
  • Copywriting and images are considered as premium features
  • Search “Royalty-Free images” in Google for Free commercial use
Can we add a website to this existing package?
  • The Cloud Hosting is under Google Cloud Platform, therefore you are required to pay for the Google Cloud add-on (not recommended)
How many product items allowed to be published?
  • We will assist you to create a maximum of 3 products
  • The complete tutorial will be provided on how to add product layout
How to share my document or images?
